Calendars have been collected and the results will be posted below. You may still return forms to the snack bar, but returned forms after May 31st are not eligible to determine who is entered in the drawing for the bike. The top sellers and winners of the bikes will also be listed below.
BRIDGEWATER LITTLE LEAGUE
CASH CALENDAR
- Each Team Manager will receive 75 to 80 Calendars to start.
(Additional Calendars will be available to each Team and can be picked up at the Concession Stand.)
- Distribute (5) to each Player/Parent and ask them to sell to Family and Friends.
Ask a Team Parent to help.
- When a player returns (5) sold Calendars His/Her name will be entered in a “Special Drawing”. Just for Players. ( In June) (1 bike will be awarded.)
- In addition the Player that sells the most calendars (By May 31st) will be awarded a
Bike.
RULES
- A name will be drawn a random each week day starting June 1st. The name chosen will receive the cash prize designated for that day. The drawings will take place at the field.
- One name each will be chosen for Saturday and Sunday on the preceding Friday.
- You need not be present to win. Winning tickets will be returned to the ticket barrel. You can win more than once.
- To qualify to win the daily Calendar Prize, complete the registration form in it’s entirety. (The players must be on the ticket stub.)
- Winners will be notified by telephone and will receive their winnings at the field. Winner’s names will be posted daily at the Concession Stand.
- ALL RETURNS ARE TO BE MADE TO THE CONCESSION STAND BY THE MANAGER, COACH OR TEAM CO-ORDINATOR ONLY.
- PLEASE PUT TICKET STUB & MONEY IN AN ENVELPOPE WITH THE TEAM NAME ON THE FRONT BEFORE TURNING IT INTO THE CONCESSION STAND.
- REMIND PLAYERS TO RETURN SOLD TICKETS TO THE MANAGER OR DESIGNEE.
